H…Health = physical checklist
E…Empowerment = emotional & spiritual checklist
A…Abundance = creativity, inspiration, abundance checklist
L….Love = relationship checklist
Health:
___Nutrition that evenly supports your energy and focus all day
___Minimal Sugar intake, modest carbohydrate intake, and proper protein intake
___Increase vegetable and healthy fat intake
___Minimum of 6-8 8oz. glasses of water daily (ideal is half your body weight in ounces per day)
___One or more cups of tea daily for the antioxidant benefits (green is best but black works too) this does not count as a part of your water intake
___Deep breathing throughout the day (create the habit of taking 6-9 deep breaths every hour on the hour)
___Movement of your body (AKA…exercise) move your body at least 3-4x per week. for 20min.
___Stretch your body daily to open your channels and allow Qi to flow
___If you have vulnerable parts of your body (i.e. low back or neck tension) stretch at least twice daily and be sure to open up these areas
___If you sit all day, you must get up every 20min. (stretch the areas of your body that are held tightly (i.e. neck & shoulders, legs)
___A moderate regimen of strengthening exercises (i.e. body weight strengthening)
___Liquid Vitamins/minerals
___Probiotics taken to build friendly bacteria or as maintenance
___Total EFA (essential fatty acids)
___A “Green” supplement
___Other nutritional/herbal supplements to support health (i.e. Vit D3)
___7-8hrs. of sleep per night (it is highly preferable that your sleep is uninterrupted)
___”See or vision” yourself at your ideal weight/energy/health
___If your body is injured, you must rest and treat the injured part(s) so that the tissue can heal without being re-irritated until it’s time to rebuild.
___Make sure your hormones are balanced
___Regular acupuncture, massage, yoga, meditation, earthing
Empowerment:
___morning focus time
___evening gratitude time
___Law of Attraction check-in
___releasing non-serving beliefs/thoughts/fears/traumas
___working with someone for therapeutic support to help heal emotional issues, if necessary
___creating intentions that serve
___regular connection with Source
___daily energy bubble of protection
___meditation
___speaking your truth with compassion
___learning to trust yourself
___doing what you say you are going to do (whether you say something to just yourself or to someone else)
___keeping your agreements
___being on time
___any applicable Affirmations
___taking personal responsibility
Abundance:
___a source of fun
___a way to have time alone
___exploring and allowing yourself to participate in the things that make your heart sing
___surround yourself with beautiful or inspirational things (i.e. nature, color, quotes, art, etc.)
___explore and allow yourself at least one creative expression (i.e. writing, woodworking, gardening, etc.)
___to create a plan to pay off unwanted debt
___to increase your financial well-being
___align yourself with your true purpose
___a budget if necessary
___daily laughter
Love:
___Forgiveness focus
___2-3 things daily that “Nourish” you

___time with friends that are supportive

___Accessing the feminine part of you (whether you are male or female)

___increasing compassion and acceptance and decreasing judgment
___allow plenty of time in your life and schedule to LOVE (if you accomplish a few fewer things but what you did accomplish, you did with more LOVE, it is better than getting a few more things done without having had LOVE along for the ride)
