Imagine a scale, the kind that balances two sides between a fulcrum. Got it in your mind’s eye? Let’s say the right side of the scale is green and that is the side of your health choices. And the left side is red which is the side of poor choices that steal your health (get it green = go, red = stop 🙂
The idea is to make choices that cause the right side, the green bowl to weigh heavier. When we do this day after day, we “tip our scales” in favor of health. It’s about making healthy choices more often, thus making poor choices less often, as there are only so many choices to make on a given day.
If you placed your focus on tipping this scale and took your focus off the “how-much-do-I-weigh-on-the-bathroom-scale”, I can almost guarantee your health would improve. A healthy body can find it’s best weight naturally.
Most people are trying to understand how to manage their health problems instead of spending at least as much time, energy, and money creating health. When we create health, there are fewer health problems to manage.
